Terms of Service

01 Who we are

TekConnected ("we", "our", "us") is an independent monday.com Certified Partner that designs, builds and supports custom CRM, project-management and automation systems for project-based businesses. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at tekconnected.io (the "Site") and any preliminary discussions or strategy calls you book through it.

Engagements that progress beyond an introductory call are governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work ("SOW"). Where these Terms and an SOW conflict, the SOW prevails.

02 Use of the site

You may browse the Site for the purpose of evaluating our services. You agree not to:

• Use the Site or any of its content in a way that breaches applicable law.
• Scrape, copy, republish or resell content, case studies, screenshots, or system diagrams without our written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, including via automated requests, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service activity.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information through any form on the Site.

03 Strategy calls & bookings

Booking a strategy call through the Site does not create a contract for services and does not commit either party to any paid engagement. We use the call to understand your operations and to determine whether we are a good fit for the work you have in mind.

If we agree to proceed, we will issue a written proposal and SOW that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and acceptance criteria. No paid work begins until that SOW is countersigned.

04 Case studies & client references

Case studies, client logos, screenshots, system diagrams, and outcome figures published on the Site (including but not limited to the Beachley, Steel Craft Builders, Winegardner Masonry, PCMGKC and S&G Creative implementations) are presented with permission of the relevant clients or are based on documentation provided by them.

Numerical results published on the Site reflect outcomes reported by the relevant client and are illustrative of past work. They are not a guarantee of future results for any other engagement. Your business is unique, and we will only quote outcomes for your project once we have completed discovery.

05 Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the tekconnected. wordmark, logo, brand colours, system diagrams, written copy, page layouts, code, and the structure of our case-study presentations — is owned by TekConnected or used under licence. All rights are reserved.

monday.com™ is a trademark of monday.com Ltd. NetSuite®, QuickBooks®, Make.com™, Paycom®, DocuSign®, Outlook®, Google Drive™, n8n™, Supabase™, Anthropic Claude™, OpenAI GPT™, Slack™, Sage™ and Xero™ are trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion on the Site reflects integration capability and does not imply endorsement.

For paid engagements: ownership of bespoke configuration delivered into your monday.com account, your automation graph, and any custom code is governed by the SOW. By default, the configuration becomes yours; the underlying methodologies, frameworks and reusable components remain ours.

06 Communications

When you submit a form on the Site or email us, you consent to receive a reply from a member of our team via email or phone. We do not run a marketing sequence — outreach beyond the immediate conversation only happens with your explicit opt-in.

07 Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Information published on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or operational advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekConnected disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekConnected, its directors, contractors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Liability for paid engagements is governed by the limitation-of-liability clause in the relevant SOW.

09 Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., monday.com, calendar booking tools, social profiles). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties. Following an external link is at your own discretion and risk.

10 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at TekConnected's principal place of business. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a separate SOW specifies a different forum.
